The Colorado Springs Airport is seeking a dynamic and experienced Airport Properties Manager to lead our Properties Team. In this role, you will oversee property management functions including lease negotiation, contract/finance administration, business development, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in maximizing airport revenue, fostering economic growth, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business administration, real estate, public administration, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in property management, real estate development, or a related field.
At least two years of administrator and/or supervisory experience.
