Our client currently manages more than 45 commercial properties primarily in and around Long Island City and Manhattan.  Existing properties are typically industrial/warehouse buildings but also include retail storefronts and a four-story office building in which the Company’s office is located. This position will be based at the corporate office which is conveniently located in a fast growing and dynamic neighborhood, a short walk from seven subway lines and within two miles of the managed properties.
