Job Overview: Provide comprehensive leadership for facility and operational needs of the Campus Recreation Center (CRC) and multiple satellite facilities. A member of the senior leadership team, responsibilities include professional and student staff management and success, strategic planning, fiscal development and oversight, facility and project management, oversight of third-party custodial and maintenance, and establishment of policies and procedures. Essential Functions: Serve as a senior leadership team member and collaborate to develop and achieve the department's mission, vision and goals. Provide direct and indirect supervision to full-time staff including hire, train, coach, supervise, evaluate and establish
