The facilities manager is responsible for managing the design, planning, construction, security and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. The position plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor materials and other related costs.

Plan, develop and administer a comprehensive facilities maintenance program; including routine maintenance inspections.
Perform minor building and grounds
This position will oversee building and property maintenance and custodial contracts for properties in four district locations in Baker City, La Grande, John Day and

This is a full-time position. This position requires that the employee be available for work outside the normal daily work period. Travel may be required within the four-county service territory during the business day and infrequently overnight. Occasional out of the area travel is expected to attend various activities such as meetings, training and other events.

Qualifications
Five years’ experience in building maintenance and project
High school diploma or equivalent
Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license
