RESPONSIBILITIES Operations Supervise the maintenance, operation and repairs of regional open air shopping centers and other individual sites.   Conduct in person property visits on a weekly basis and more often, as needed. Monitor tenant compliance with Leases. Promptly respond to tenant and customer issues, coordinate maintenance staff or contractors as needed to troubleshoot and/or resolve the issue. Coordinate Landlord repair obligations with tenants and Landlord’s contractors. Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.
