The Associate Director of Facility & Operations is a member of the department's senior leadership team and assists in the management of the departmental budget. Responsibilities include overseeing the day to day facility operations, all risk management, assessment, coordinating vendor relationships, scheduling the facility and mentoring full-time and part-time staff. Manages the daily operations of all facilities and operations for the Wellness & Recreation Center for all campuses. Serves as a liaison leading assigned work teams and committees within Campus Recreation and the Division of Academic & Student Affairs departments. Serves as acting Director in the Senior Director's absence, when it relates to oversight of facilities operations, as necessary.
