REMOTE: Georgia or South Carolina The Real Estate Manager is part of the Real Estate department and reports directly to the Senior Director of Real Estate. The main focus lies on expanding the Real Estate portfolio. PURPOSE: Creates leads based on the expansion strategy. Assesses locations, negotiates rent prices and common charges, Capex investment and contracts of potential stores to the best (financial) conditions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Acquisition Responsible for acquisition of potential stores in a region.
