Location:  Metro Atlanta, GA or Central FL (Orlando/Tampa) - *REMOTE* KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Property Management/Construction Assist in preparation of annual operating and project budgets. Complete tenant turnover forms, managing transfer of utilities upon move-in & move-out. Update center info sheets for vacancies and new tenants. Update utility sheets. Review third party water billings. Initiate and follow up on tenant bill back requests with Accounting and Lease Administration. Review utility bills after posted. Respond to and manage tenant requests and inquiries. Initiate & follow-up on inspection requests on kitchen hoods & ex
