The position assists with daily operations, repair and maintenance needs, and improvement projects at Michigan Stadium, Crisler Center and adjacent areas. Working as part of a collaborative team, the Associate Facility Manager primarily supports the facility related needs for internal and external rentals and events. The position also supports all Football gamedays and major events occurring at Michigan Stadium. The Associate Facility Manager is responsible for upholding the Internal Operations vision and ensuring the assigned facilities meet high standards for efficient operation, safety, maintenance, cleanliness, security, customer service and event execution.

• Minimum 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in sports facility operations
• Ability to work an irregular schedule, including nights and weekends
