Location:  Northern Florida

Our Client is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager experienced in the ownership side, directly managing a portfolio of multi-tenanted, A-class, grocery anchored retail centers, with other national anchor tenants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Must be extremely knowledgeable and proficient, with hands-on experience in all areas of managing commercial retail centers, including but not limited to:

• Tenant and contractor relations.
• Negotiating and coordinating contractor agreements.
• Lease abstracts.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Preparing and following budgets and budget variances.
• Preparing default notices.
• Dealing with commercial lenders.
• Insurance.
• CAM reconciliations.
• Landscaping.
• Commercial construction knowledge and an understanding of building materials and plans is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience.
• Proficient with Yardi 7+ with P2P & Commercial Cafe, Excel, and Word.
• Looking for a self-starter, motivated, honest, hardworking, tough, problem-solving, rock star with a deep and wide understanding of this niche in the business.
• Must have excellent organizational, written, and communication skills.
