We are seeking an experienced Retail Property Manager who is detail-oriented and skilled in managing retail properties efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating budgets, handling CAM reconciliations, and renewing leases within a retail property setting. As a Retail Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maximizing property performance, and maintaining a strong leasing portfolio. Your role will involve collaborating with tenants, vendors, and property owners to ensure the smooth functioning of the properties. Proficiency in MRI or Yardi software is required to effectively manage property finances, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
