Primary Purpose Reports to the SVP of Supply Chain and is responsible for directing all aspects of Parkland’s supply chain contract activities from acquisition planning through contract award and strategic level contract administration activities in support of the overall goals and mission of Parkland. Skills or Special Abilities Must have demonstrated skill in managing and developing employees to ensure a high level of organizational productivity. Must have demonstrated skill in managing large individual purchases, including contract document development, negotiation, and administration. Must have experience overseeing and executing a wide range of acquisition life cycle activities. Must have
