GENERAL SUMMARY: Directs the activities of Facilities Operations, Environmental Safety Programs and Environmental Services system-wide for Children’s Wisconsin (CW).  Direct responsibility for all aspects of Operations, yearly planning and budgeting, labor, service contracts, infrastructure improvements, utilities, vendor management and repairs and maintenance. Position also is engaged in development and execution of multiyear infrastructure improvement program, facility condition assessment, multiyear prioritized budget and alignment with facilities master plan. Additionally, position will align with Facility Planning, Design and Construction, outlining standards, multiyear alignment of infrastructure projects with improvement projects, and facility goals
