OverviewThis position oversees the management of one or more fully furnished multi-residential properties. In this role, the incumbent will provide customer service to residents by promptly communicating with tenants regarding property needs and acting quickly regarding safety concerns. The property manager is responsible for the property's financial health, administering resident files and reports, and conducting neighborhood tours and home showings.
