JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Reporting to the VP Property Operations (VP), the Property Manager will be responsible for carrying out various responsibilities of the Property Management Department, specifically, managing the day-to-day operations of properties within Company’s managed portfolio. The Property Manager should relieve the VP of certain responsibilities that will allow them to spend most of their time managing the department, growing the organization, business development, and overseeing the entire portfolio.  Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
