The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing project operations, tenant relations, and tenant improvement (TI) management activities for a set of assigned properties within a portfolio. The highly motivated individual will also assist in many aspects of the Company’s operations including, but not limited to, an understanding of property financials and concepts, strategic plans, tenant leasing, TIs, new construction, due diligence, and budgeting activities as necessary for the North Carolina region as needs and growth dictate.
