The Sr. Analyst, Emerging Solutions is a member of the emerging solutions operations team in OptiFreight Logistics. The main function of this team is to enable and support the OptiFreight Emerging Solutions service offerings to healthcare systems and related customer organizations including same day courier, regional parcel carrier and multi-carrier residential to name a few.
The Sr. Analyst plays a key role in solution development, business process management, analysis, and reporting.

Accountabilities
Collaborate with business leadership to define, develop, implement, and continually improve new and existing business processes that are necessary to support and execute OptiFreight Emerging Solutions services
Build processes for, maintain, and perform: custom audits, exception resolution, PO matching, allocation, customer invoicing, and prepare custom AP upload report
Collaborate with business partners to identify, develop, and maintain customer specific performance metrics in alignment with existing OptiFreight metrics
Assists with the preparation of service performance reports and presentation materials for customer business reviews
Champion of standard and custom reporting related to OptiFreight Emerging Solutions services; works with Operations Analytics & Systems team to develop strategies for managing OptiFreight Emerging Solutions services data and integrating data into existing OptiFreight data sets and reports
Works with business leadership to implement and continually develop OptiFreight Emerging Solutions services technology used to execute internal business processes and deliver the desired customer experience
Support the development and maintenance of training materials for OptiFreight Emerging Solutions
Single point of contact for Regional Project Coordinators, Product Managers, and Account Manager
Go to person for our overseas partners performing work for our team: will become an SME on processes to help guide, answer questions, and help improve processes
Leverage existing standard processes and systems when available
Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
Understanding of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Access (vlookups/run pre-built queries) preferred
Experience with purchasing systems preferred (SAP)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
