The purpose of the Larkspur Community Center-Home of the Bend Senior Center is to provide a variety of activities to meet the multigenerational needs and interests for the community both today and in the future.  The Manager 1 is charged with overseeing building services and operations through the leadership, coordination and supervision of the Manager On Duty staff as part of a highly collaborative and innovative Recreation Facilities Leadership team.  The position is responsible for coordinating with the necessary facility special events and senior social programs while working closely with the Customer Service Representatives, Manager’s On Duty (MOD’s), Enrichment, Aquatics and Fitness teams to assure programs and operations meet health and safety expectations, as well as
