The Organization: The mission of the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is to enhance the community by creating and sustaining decent, safe, and affordable living environments that foster stability and self-sufficiency for people with low incomes.
 
The Position: We are looking for someone to perform or provide oversight to a wide variety of supervisory and technical tasks related to property management.
 
The Compensation: The pay rate is $35.32-52.97 per hour, dependent on experience.
 
Minimum Requirements

• Proof of vaccination on first day of employment. Please read our vaccination policy. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Social Services, Human Services, Public Administration, or a related field. May substitute an additional four year of relevant work experience for the required degree.
• Five years of experience in residential property management
• Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record

Essential Duties

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff
• Assist with the development and administration of operational plans
• Provide oversight of inspection of community facilities, grounds, residential units, and vehicles
• Support the Senior Property Manager
• Manage lease enforcement
