SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to provide technology support for the Facilities Department. Provide system support, maintain and operate numerous software systems within the department to include refrigerant monitoring systems, work order and space management systems, tube system management systems, and building automation systems. Define standards and procedures for system maintenance, consistency, and build. Lead small projects to improve operational and technological use of Facility software. Participate in team planning, discussions, and new software implementation. Utilize software to produce reports and analyze reports for future projects. Conduct new and on-going end user training.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate will meet scenario A or B:
Either: (A) Bachelor's degree plus two additional years of computer systems related experience or (B) 6 years total of computer systems related experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access and database systems required
Strong computer skills and problem solving skills required
Excellent communication and customer service skills required
Understanding of software behavior in order to deploy it and troubleshoot problems required
Understanding of Joint Commission and DOH regulatory requirements required
