Manage, administer, direct and market the Airport's properties, land and facility development. Involves: Oversee and coordinate the marketing, development and negotiation of ground and building leases for Airport land, office buildings, cargo facilities, parking facilities, hangers, and other related properties. Negotiate and interpret land and facility rental contracts/leases for new and existing land use determining rates based on size and use of space, location, responsibility for repairs and maintenance and terms of agreement. Manage and oversee complex real estate ground leases, and contracts for compliance with Airport policies and procedures including Federal, state and local laws and Federal Aviation Administration regulations, orders and standards pertaining to the development, use and management of airport properties. Coordinate appraisals of required property and land acquisitions. Inspect properties on a regular basis to ensure compliance with lease terms, Airport and safety practices.

A Bachelor's degree in Airport Management,  Business or Public administration or related field, and four (4) years of professional airport, commercial, or industrial property management or administrative experience including two (2) years of supervision experience.

Texas Class "C" Driver's License or equivalent from another state.
