Help develop and manage key elements of a World Class Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)/CBRE GWS Global Supplier Partner Program in the Americas region. In this role, the successful candidate will support or manage all aspects of the GWS Supplier Partner program in LATAM and North America and across all lines of business. Primarily this role will manage the following areas:
1. Ensuring compliance to the SRM/Supplier Partner program Governance
2. Participate in developing the roadmap and program execution to help Supplier Partners develop into World Class companies
3. Develop strategy and training to elevate supplier Sustainability and diversity programs
4. Support the roll-out of the SRM/Supplier Partner program in LATAM
5. Support the cross-business integration in the SRM/Supplier Partner program engagement
6. Lead Americas Supplier events including the annual innovation program, and supplier and internal awareness/training events
7. Utilize globally approved technology platforms to manage all aspects of the SRM/Supplier Partner Program
8. Help develop and delivery consistent go-to-market messaging, SRM/Supplier Partner program alignment, and operational best practices

Accountabilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure global alignment and cross-business engagement
* Develop and implement communication plans that align with our CBRE global marketing and communications and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the program
* Lead cross-business and region teams in identifying and implementing Supplier Partner program improvement opportunities
* Becomes a trusted advisor to the multiple CBRE GWS business and client-support teams
* Ensure compliance with CBRE Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence (RISE) values
* Ensure all aspects of the SRM/Supplier Partner program are integrated into the business and deliver value aligned with the client needs
* Benchmark industry best practices and innovations, and promote where applicable
* Ensure Supplier Partners clearly see the value of the Supplier Partner program and see CBRE GWS as their Client of Choice" in the market
* Communicate with key stakeholders on supplier partner value propositions and supplier performance metrics
* Ensure compliance with GWS policies and procedures when leading negotiations of supplier contracts needed to achieve CBRE's objectives
* Builds performance-based supplier relationships that lead to optimal pricing / programming, quality improvements, process improvements and delivery of world-class solutions
* Identify and share technology, innovation, and best practice trends with business stakeholders to constantly improve service, drive efficiencies and product levels
