Job Description: Responsibilities include: Negotiate contracts, including general terms and conditions and complex commercial arrangements Establish and manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders Develop strategic RFP documents for both competitive and non-competitive acquisitions and evaluation of detailed vendor proposals Coordinate and lead complex sourcing events; ability to manage multiple events concurrently Manage vendor risk and overall process compliance Required Skills: Strong negotiating skills and the ability to induce vendors to accept Bank of America's contractual requirements Extensive experience in third-party outsourcing
