Summary: Assists the Director of Community Health and Prevention, Programmatic Health Equity Initiatives with project deliverables for federally and privately funded projects important to State and Territorial Health Officials in the areas of health equity, disparities of elimination, and place-based public health initiatives. This includes the support of state health officials and their agencies in public health areas including addressing health equity to address COVID-19 related disparities among populations at higher risk and that are underserved.Location: Remote Projects State COVID-19 Health Equity Initiative  Principal Functions: Work with state team
