As a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager within the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement (SS&P) group, you will lead a team responsible for establishing and executing sourcing strategies and plans that support business partner and enterprise-wide priorities. You will help drive business value by managing business partner and supplier relationships for enterprise-wide IT strategic sourcing. You will work closely with IT business unit leadership to consult and establish sourcing strategies that support business strategies while delivering measurable business results. You will leverage your expertise to develop goals and objectives for the department that will align activity to strategic initiatives. In addition, you will have responsibility leading the Strategic Sourcing Center or Excellence that provides support to our business aligned sourcing team. As a member of the SS&P senior management team, you will have broad responsibilities for setting goals and objectives for the department as well as long-term, strategic planning and direct involvement in the performance management process for associates and managers.
Your scope will include managing strategic sourcing teams through execution of end-to-end sourcing, contracting, contract management, and supplier management processes including advising teams on category strategy, project planning, sourcing strategies, negotiation tactics and participating in negotiations on large or more complex engagements. Your background has been built upon success in influencing senior business leaders on strategic business matters. You've developed and nurtured high performing teams and have the confidence and courage to add value.

You have deep experience in strategic sourcing or vendor management in a technology or related environment and have led strategic sourcing organizations.
You have strong financial acumen and experience in business case development, cost modeling, total cost of ownership and other financial decision approaches.

You're highly curious in everything you do. You're devoted to continuous learning, development, and you find new ways of challenging yourself.
You've led large, complex projects of significant scope across matrixed organization.
You exercise good judgement and have a process for managing competing priorities. You are totally comfortable when priorities shift, and you manage change with steadfast composure.
