We are currently seeking experienced Property Managers to join our Management Team as we grow our portfolio of apartment communities in the Chicago, IL area.

Major Tasks + Key Responsibilities:
Leads, coaches, manages, and holds your team accountable
Provides training and cultivates/emulates United Group culture
Executes 30/60/90 day marketing strategies and ensures reputation management
Executes resident retention programs and resolves escalated resident issues
Hits controllable expense budget, monitors performance, creates and drives rent collection and new revenue streams to achieve/exceed goals
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Ensures Owners' goals and objectives are aligned with property operations
Job Overview + Requirements:
Job Type: Property Manager
Work Hours: Full Time (weekends required as needed)
Training for Position: Supervisory experience with both leasing and maintenance staff
Required Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History
Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in residential property management, preferred experience in active/independent adult (55+) market
Certifications: Professional designations, IL Leasing Agent Licnse; Certified Professional Manager (CPM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), or equivalent industry designation preferred.
