We have recently added a Director of National Services position to support our future growth. This position is primarily responsible for leading a team of employees and vendors towards all the success factors of the customer relationship including response times, average ticket cost, and professional communication. Candidates will need to be leaders.

Final responsibility for customer experience. Includes but not limited to response time, communication detail, pricing, escalations, and recall avoidance.
Final responsibility for all department-related human capital. Includes but not limited to daily management, hiring/firing, training, and long-term development.
Final responsibility for design of workflow process and department personnel structure.
Final responsibility for gross margin components. Includes but not limited to estimating, preventative maintenance pricing, and NTE management.
Partner with sales for organized customer onboarding and long-term relationship management.
