The Regional Property Manager is charged with the day-to-day management of BMI's policies, procedures, and programs that will assure well-managed, well-maintained buildings, placing maximum emphasis on positive responses to the concerns and needs of the residents, environmental health and safety and quality of programs, in coordination and conjunction with the Owner's goals and objectives. The Regional Property Manager's responsibilities include:
Contract Service Administration
Statistical Analysis Reporting
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in residential management, preferably in a multi-site setting must have a working knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local laws pertaining to the marketing of multi-family housing.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience
MRI or experience is preferred.
Must have budget presentation experience
